Peepee in the Potty!

It happened and all on her own! After our shower tonite, she said "I go potty" so she sat down on her little potty and commanded me to do the same. After a minute or so, she looked down and we both saw it happen for the first time on her potty. Being the first time, she quickly stopped it, not sure of what was happening, I think. But there was plenty there for us to celebrate!! She got lots and lots of praise and we yelled for Daddy to come in and take a look.

Her reward, aside from all the hugs, kisses and praise? Jelly beans... she loves the jelly beans. And not any ol' beans, Jelly Belly beans. Yep, that's my girl!

We're so proud of her! We haven't had to push her or argue about it, she just decided it was time to give it a shot tonite, I guess. We'll see how it goes from here. I think it's a huge step toward diaper-free days, though!
