Ok - so this is what I had planned to do LAST Sunday night to surprise my family for Valentine's Day. However, after making the road trip to Indiana, I was just too exhausted from our trip and ended up going to bed early. So - Zoe and I made our cupcakes this weekend and got up early on Sunday to frost them and decorate them. She chose to make the frosting pink, good choice, I think! So... Happy Valentine's Day a week late!
