Honoring Pa Amstutz and Grandpa Burnette

For Veteran’s Day, Zoe’s school had a special assembly the Friday before. They constructed a wall of honor and asked for pictures of family to post on this wall, we sent in pictures of both of Zoe’s grandpa’s. When I was at the school to pick her up yesterday, I took a picture for her to keep and for me to share.

Here are some pictures from the day of the Assembly, Pa came and wore his uniform.

The Kindergarten class recited the Gettysburg Address, she is on the first step of the riser, all the way over to the right. Yes, I know, I should have had my zoom lense!

After their class presented, she was allowed to come sit with us. Thanks to Nancy, we have this picture. Sarah also came and sat with us for the program.
