Happy Easter!

Zoe woke up at 5:45 this morning, asking me if we could go downstairs and see if the Easter Bunny had left her any baskets. Since he didn't leave our house until almost 1am this morning, it was awfully early! We headed downstairs and much to her excitement, she found a basket immediately. When she was finished finding her baskets, we went back to bed to read a few of her new stories.

We got up later and had a nice Easter brunch - Mommy made special bunny shaped french toast with sprinkles for Zoe. She thought they were kangaroo's. Nevertheless, she thought that was pretty neat of the Easter Bunny to leave Mommy special tools and sprinkles to make a fun Easter brunch.

We went outside for a quick little Easter photo shoot with the yearly yellow bunny ears. Yes, this would be a good place to add pictures from every year with the ears...

Then it was time to head to Uncle Wayne and Aunt Sharon's to have Easter Lunch. It's always a good time when she gets to play with her cousins. Sarah put together a really special and fun Easter Egg Hunt and all the girls had a fun time racing to find the most eggs. I had a blast following them around snapping pictures.
