No pictures for this post, but a story worth remembering and sharing. Aunt Sharon and Uncle Wayne offered to play with Zoe yesterday morning/afternoon so that Dave and I could go out and see a movie. (For those interested, we finally got to see the new Batman movie, "The Dark Knight", and it was AWESOME!) Zoe spent a fun filled afternoon, complete with coloring, markers, lunch, puzzles, ball... all sorts of fun things, I'm sure there was a cookie eating and sharing session with Holly, too, there always is.
Anyway, we picked her up around 3pm, went out for a late lunch for mommy and daddy, Zoe fell asleep on the way home.... and could not be woken up for the rest of the evening. My mom always said, your body knows when it's exhausted and needs rest, so we let her sleep. Around midnight, she got up to get her jammies on, I laid down with her and helped her fall back to sleep, a little surprised that she wasn't full awake by that time. Thankfully, she understands that when it's dark, it's time to sleep.
Around 2:30am, she woke up to go potty - on the way back to bed, she insisted she had to brush her teeth. Not easily done with a Mommy that's half asleep, for sure.
She slept off and on for the next few hours, until she saw the sun was up. 6am and she was up and ready for the day! 14 Hours of sleep. Perhaps it's a growing spurt again - or perhaps she's trying to fight off another cold. She was pretty drippy this morning and most of the day - hopefully it's just allergies and not another cold.

Hey,
Allergies run in the family, Caroline and Madeline are constant in an "allergy mode" as well as Grandma.. Oh well just a way of life. I love and enjoy all the pictures.
