Visit to the Tucson Zoo

This morning, Daddy surprised us with a road trip to the Tucson Zoo to see the polar bear and other various animals. Zoe was so excited and had a good time, as did Mommy and Daddy. Was a nice change from our usual weekend routine. We got some nice family time on the drive down and Zoe slept on the drive back. The zoo is nice, the walkways are shaded and it isn't too far to walk between exhibits. It's a little small, but so much less strenuous than the Phoenix Zoo, especially in 100+ degrees. It was a fun day trip and something we hadn't done before. Thanks, Daddy!


Edited to point out in the last picture - yes, she's a little displeased with us for it being time to go. It seems every time we leave a Zoo, she has this face and cries a bit, so I just wanted to capture that cry yet again. (Trying to dig up the picture from 2006 to compare it to)
