After mentioning to Zoe at dinner that it was Lannie's birthday, she started to sing "Happy Birthday" and asked about her blowing candles out on her cake. Who knew she knew so much about birthdays? So, Dave and I decided to make Lannie a waffle cake with peanut butter in the middle and light a candle for her. Zoe got such a kick out of singing to her and prepping the cake, definitely worth it (Lannie thought so, too)!
