This was Zoe's first year to go Trick-n-Treating. After the first house, when she realized they put treats in her pumpkin, she understood the concept and was ready to knock on more doors. She'd knock on the doors and when I asked her "what do you say?" she'd respond with "Please". But, she also said "Trick and treats" when they opened the door. She refers to the treats in her basket as "trick and treats".
Mommy took her around to about a dozen houses, then traded off with Daddy so he could see her do her thing, too.
She insisted on wearing the costume most of the day. She now calls the top portion her "dragon jacket".
We had a lot of fun watching her discover trick or treating and enjoying her "pupkin - jackolantern pupkin".
She's really got a thing for dragon's. She carries around her Fisher Price Little People dragons from her 2 castle sets and treats them like little pets. "Awww dran-en, is ok, I gotcha".
