12 Month Well Baby Visit

Here are her current stats from this morning's dr. appointment:

Weight - 22 lbs. 10 oz. (75-90%)
Height - 31.5 inches (above 97%)
Head - 18.25 inches (75-90%)

Stats from her 9 month visit:
Weight - 21lbs (75-90%)
Height - 29.5 inches (right at 97%,top of the chart)
Head - 18 inches (90%)

She is a girl on the move, doesn't slow down. This picture was actually taken on the 4th of July. She is now forward-facing in her carseat and loving the new view. She is holding at 6 teeth for now. The dr. is pleased with her development, and of course, so are her parents. She uses the "more" sign to tell us she wants something. The words we can understand her saying are: dad, dog, kitty, down/done, momma (once in a while) and her favorite word "HI". She babbles a lot and at times we think she's actually speaking english. She likes to carry around her pooh bear, teddy bear, or aflac duck and lately she has been putting them in her small rocking chair and pushing them around. She loves putting together her lego quatro blocks with her daddy - they build things and tear things down. She gets very focused when she puts her peoples in their seats or her blocks together and takes them apart and does it again. She loves going outside and practically runs to the back door when she hears it opening. She gets her ball and throws it and then chases it over and over and over.

I'm looking forward to our mother/daughter vacation in a few days. I'm excited for her to get to see the family and meet some new people.
