Valentines Day Crayon Project

For our preschool friends, we decided to make a little heart shaped crayon for each of the gift bags. Zoe got to be involved in this project and it was so much fun... mostly.

First, she broke up a bunch of already broken crayons and took the wrapper completely off. This was a little hard to do on some of the crayons, so I assisted.


Then we proceeded to ruin or mini heart shaped muffin pan. We cooked these in the toaster oven, probably a little too long. Then we popped them in the deep freeze to stop the cooking process.

They ended up being pretty cute and a nice little home made touch to the Valentines gift bags she handed out to her friends at school
