Attempt at a Monthly Photo Shoot

We attempted to go outside this morning and do a quick little photo shoot, even though she wasn't feeling very well. You can see it in her eyes that she's not herself, however, she was very excited to be outside for a change! I followed her around for about 10 minutes and snapped some shots. Didn't get very good ones in her chair pose, I need to learn how to adjust the lighting when the sun is shining. She wasn't really in the mood to smile and that's ok. I only needed these shots for her monthly progression scrapbook anyway. :)

As far as a monthly update on her - she's been sick. She's started daycare/preschool. She attends a Saturday morning tumbling class (when she's not running a fever - so she's missed the past 2 weeks). Her vocabulary continues to grow, as well as her sentence structure. She continues to love to sing and dance. She enjoys playing with her babydolls and Little Peoples - she amazes me with her "dramatic play". She is very routine orientated with her play and day to day activities. Her favorite book right now, by far, is "Go, Dog, Go" by "Doc Zeus". She requests this book at nap time and every night before bed. She's also still very much "Mommy's girl" - demanding that only mommy can do things when I'm around. As much as I love this, it also breaks my heart for Dave. I try to encourage her to have Daddy do things.
