15 Month Well-Child Visit

15 Month Well-Child Visit
Here are her current stats from her dr. appointment this morning:

Weight - 23lbs, 12oz. (60%)
Height - 32.5 inches (95%)
Head - 18.5 inches (80%)

Stats from her 12 month visit:
Weight - 22 lbs. 10 oz. (75-90%)
Height - 31.5 inches (above 97%)
Head - 18.25 inches (75-90%)

She's slowing down on her growth. She's developing quite the little personality. Her vocabulary consists of: No, nose, yeah, kitty, D (for daddy), shoes, cheese, good girl, all done (of course, these are all in Zoe-speak, missing a letter sound here and there). She still uses a bit of sign language: the "more" sign she uses for "I want" or "more", she uses this in combination with pointing - which is cute since the more sign that she uses comes out as a clap, so it's 2 claps and a point, sometimes very emphatically. She also uses the "all done" sign in combination with the verbal "all done". She now will get things out of the pantry and take to daddy when she wants a snack. She often brings him the loaf of bread from the bread drawer, too.

Zoe and her daddy go for walks at least once a day, they are enjoying the climate here in Arizona. They stop off at the park and she climbs the jungle gym and goes down the slides, even the corkscrew slide. Daddy helps her get situated at the top, then jumps down and tells her to "GO" and she zooms down and laughs. She rides her little tricycle, well, she holds on to the handles while daddy pushes her, it's been a real nice switch from the stroller walks. The bike has the bell, ya know. They have creative time during the day most days, too, which now consists of playdough, crayons, sandbox, and legos. They also read lots and lots of books during the day. She brings them, one at a time, to Daddy. Sometimes she even falls asleep while he's reading.

Kim and Dave, sounds like you folks are living the "good life"
Zoe is so healthy and happy and that makes for happy parents.

Love all the pics.
